I've had Allstate for both my vehicles and home for years. Their rates are good with multiple discounts. Their DriveWise feature that helps you to save money is a plus. They are customer-oriented, and are very friendly and helpful people to deal with. If I could spotlight someone specifically, it would be Cherron Wilson who is very professional, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to research information for you. Her pleasant demeanor speaks volumes for Allstate.

I had such a wonderful experience calling into Allstate! I spoke to CherRon who is by far the most excellent representative you have! She took all the time with me to ensure I had the coverage I wanted and to explain how my decisions worked. CherRon is the face of this company and after 27 years in Customer Service (24 in a call center) management I realize how important this is! I truly hope CherRon gets the recognition she deserves for being such a prime example of knowledge, expertise and how to build customer relations. With all the options for insurance out there…I’m staying with Allstate and CherRon!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Not an easy agency to be pleased with . If you want the ability to call your agent , forget it , lots of phone numbers that always say they are busy . Leave a message and maybe you’ll get a return call in a week … text and emails … no difference . Only thing going for them is they have good rates . I guess that’s why the service suffers . Would have been no stars but they made An effort after a couple of weeks
