I switched from my old agent at State Farm to work with Harley Barker at Baxter and it has been nothing but an easy ride and many savings on two home owner policies and auto insurance that I have. Harley is always prompt with a response and has been able to provide me with better coverage at a lower rate. Great company to work with and I have recommended quite a few people to give them a try. Absolutely horrendous experience. They let my insurance policy expire, which meant my new policy doubled, all without notification. When I called about it, I had to hound them constantly for a lower policy, which eventually ended up being a bust. I switched to Allstate and cancelled my policies. They never sent the escrow check for the refund for the remainder of the policy as stated, and I'm now short almost $2k months later. Do business with anyone else but these folks.
