We have been insured by JSC Insurance for over 25 years. They are the best and provide comparable rates. Cynthia is our agent and she is the best. We had an issue several years ago and when my husband called her she said she would take care of it and she did. When we bought our new car she was just a phone call away and when we did our mortgage she was there for us and we didn't have to do anything. It's hard to find customer service like hers anywhere in today's world. We would highly recommend JSC and especially Cynthia.

I have had several different businesses that have required special types of insurance that I know nothing about. They were very important and needed to be obtained immediately because they were for city contracts. Being as though I am always slammed with one of our restaurants, I usually am doing things at the last minute and rushing. The last 2 times this has happened, Jennifer and Angie went out of the way to get me exactly what I needed and it was not easy! These were not common, everyday request. They were certain types of specific insurance that needed to be obtained in order for me to keep the contract. They did it with a smile, did it with speed and efficiency, and were still sweet, kind, caring and funny the whole time.We understood each other about how slammed we were across-the-board. Jennifer definitely went out of her way to accommodate me and I could not have asked for a better agent. They care and they will get you what you need when you need it. Jennifer and Angie, I can't ever thank you enough! I have been a customer with them since 2014 for my businesses and my auto policies and will continue to do so.

It is unfortunate, but my feeling is that this agency is incompetent. The founding senior agent has retired, and the best agent after him died young, which was a great misfortune and tragedy. Nevertheless, I had to leave this agency because they were unable to handle routine problems and it led to problems for me, not to mention incredible inconveniences and time wasted. I ended up switching agencies because of their inability to handle routine things

After a terrible experience with Federated, Jennifer got me a General Liability and Work Comp policy through Erie that is equivalent, slightly less expensive, and there were no hassles. I'd recommend this company. They're local, and because they are a small business, they care about small business, and understand.
