Having water back up into my house (downstairs only) got to speak with my Agent Josh(wonderful) walked me thru the process, had an Adjuster call me the same day! Regis Pelletier, (Amazing) the next morning at 7:30 a.m. Regis was at my house. The Plumber, just a few minutes later 🤗. Regis handle everything else from their.(Mitigation process etc) And in less than a week (business days) I had Check to get my floors re laid. I am more than satisfied. Was really discouraged by poor customer service. Was not called back when I needed questions answered. One of the team members said he was looking into my insurance and would let me know, heard nothing for over a week. Got one voicemail, then couldn’t reach back to anyone after I called back. My personal experience I did not feel like they cared, which really saddened me. I just wanted my questions answered. switched to State Farm.

Once my previous auto/home insurance kept creeping up with costs, I decided to check around with other insurance companies. I got the name of this company through a friend and received quotes very quickly for auto/home. They made the transition pretty seamless and answered all questions completely. I can also call them directly and get a response either during that phone call or they get back with me right away. My previous company went national and I wasn't able to speak to a "human" locally which I did not like.
