The reason why I gave a high score of 10 is that I have Langley's home insurance and one of the representatives of the agency was awesome in customer service skills helping me with my policy and applying me with any other help that I needed. Even after a few months of having the policy, I had some issues arise in reference to the policy and the agency was willing to help me solve them.
