I've had my license since I was probably about 15 and some change. I'll be 40 this year. I've been with Allstate this entire time. I've had many agents. They've all been great but I can say this about the agent that I have now and his entire team. Lester Norwood and his entire staff and team are phenomenal. I have come in there with concerns or misunderstandings from scam text messages or any questions in general about insurance. They are always ready to help and happy to do so. They make it such a pleasant and easy experience they really get to know their customers and their clients making you feel at home. And as if we're one big family, they're always looking out to try to help me. And I'm sure the rest of us save money, which is amazing. So for all of y'all out there looking for a good insurance company. With an over-the-top agent and team staff, family look no further come check out. Lester Norwood I promise they'll get you straight and take great care of you. They take care of my entire family for several generations and many more to come. Thank you for all that you guys do seen or unseen, you guys are the best

These people are con artists. They call you up saying they want to give you an insurance quote with a promise of a $25.00 gift card and then will not deliver. Stay away from this place. UPDATE: A woman called me from their office on Jan. 17 and Jan. 20th 2025. She indicated they would work up a quote and send it to me along with a gift card. I never got either one. I called yesterday and spoke with Manny 3 times. He told me this morning he couldn't give me a quote because I don't have insurance which is BS. I am currently insured with GEICO. I switched from Progressive to GEICO in late December 2024. Too bad Lester Norwood didn't call me then.

This agency has been horrible since Jennings left! If I could give zero stars, I would! I have a lapse in insurance coverage on my record after being hit by a drunk driver and being without my vehicle for well over a month while it was being repaired! Because of the lapse in insurance coverage, I had to go under a National General policy which wasn't even explained to me at the time of submitting for a new policy! I got the run around via phone and me doing all the leg work I could, taking it as high as I could to get my original policy reinstated. When I finally got ahold of Lester after me having to call him multiple times (although I was told he'd reach out to me) he tells me the regional office couldn't do anything to reinstate the policy. Guarantee he didnt let the regional office know that my policy lapsed due to HIS agent who was just trying to help me out at the time. As a matter of fact, I got the feeling that he really didnt even care about the matter. I expressed to Mr. Lester how ridiculous this was and unfair to me as a customer that this was happening all after having my vehicle obliterated by some idiot who wanted to drive while impaired! I even expressed to him my disappointment in the agency and how not one time did they reach out to me nor help me during the entire process after the accident. Now fast forward almost 6 months when I get a random email with my new renters insurance policy showing the rate would be going up $150 for the premium! WHAT IN THE WORLD? I call my good old agency to be told by the sweet young lady who took my call that she was new and wasn't really sure of the codes she was looking at, but it does appear my premium went up the $150 she just couldn't tell me why. I was told she would leave my contact info for Lester or Manny to get back to me and low and behold....I'VE HEARD NOTHING! I gave you the 6 months to "wow me" Lester and you've done NOTHING to make this right, your time is up and its time for our business relationship to end. Currently shopping around for new insurance! If you're in the market for insurance, do yourself a favor and find a better agent than Lester Norwood!

Was fine until I tried to cancel my policies and was hit with a final bill well above what it should have been. No one in the office or at the Allstate 1-800 number could explain why and I just paid it out of frustration. Seemed very unprofessional and felt like I was scammed

I called Allstate customer service to find out how to go about canceling my insurance. I was informed to send and email to Mr. Norwood, detailing my cancelation date and if I had a new policy elsewhere, to provide that information. I did exactly as I was instructed, plus called the office to verify if my email was received; to which I was informed that it was. This was all done on April 14, 2021. I went to my account online and unenrolled from the automatic payments just in case they (Allstate) would still try to pull the funds. I decided to give Allstate customer service a call on April 21, 2021 in the morning and come to find out that my policy had in fact NOT BEEN CANCELED and that THEY STILL PULLED THE MONTHLY PAYMENT FROM MY ACCOUNT. I'm so disappointed with this office. As I stated, I did my part, what I was instructed to do, and they did not honor my wishes in a timely manner. I now have to wait for a refund due to their negligence. I had a great 2+ years with them. Never an issue, until now.

I never fill out surveys or post reviews. But, here goes. You could be a bit less chatty. I don't need to hear from you every day. Also, stop sending me emails telling me you can save me money and asking me if it's okay. It's always okay. JUST DO IT. If you can lower my premiums, I should only hear about it, AFTER YOU'VE DONE IT. Okay?
