When I was first looking for a policy of course these people were great & found me something to work with. But then when I needed to review and make changes,
For MONTHS SINCE NOVEMBER I tried getting in touch with the agent who originally helped me (Virna). I called once every 3-4 weeks waiting for a call back or an email. The Indian receptionist gentleman would always tell me at ALL HOURS that the agent was not in. Certainly I leave my name, number & email!! Just waiting and waiting.
I had to really go off on these people for never getting back to me.
Fed up & frustrated with these people for having me over spend for several months!
I do not recommend.
They are not attentive at all. Take your business elsewhere 💯

This is one of the best insurance agencies that I’ve ever conducted business with. They handled all of my needs in the most professional way possible and fortunately the staff is also bilingual. They are amazing, very hospitable, and treat you like family. I will forever be a client with them!

When ur going inside,it looks died business nobody is there and insurance agent is goofy. He doesn’t even checked my insurance policy to give me quotes after waiting 1hrs there.
