I have no words to explain how absolutely patient and wonderful Josh Smith was in handling my insurance needs. He took his time and explained it to me in a way that I could understand it. He was clearly not a salesman out just to make a sale. It was extremely clear that he was interested in my best interest for my insurance needs. I am a hard person to convince but Josh was able to patiently show me the numbers that worked to my advantage. I look forward to having this company and Josh represent my insurance needs for years and years to come. I highly recommend the Smith Brothers. What I experienced with Josh is something I had not experienced with any other insurance company. Josh and his staff have always been incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any needs we may have. We have been with them for 7 or 8 years now and they handle our home, auto and life insurance policies. Anytime, we have found a cheaper policy he makes a way to beat it. He also is more than happy to review our current policies anytime asked and check for additional ways for us to save money. We've been very pleased with our service and would recommend him to anyone!
