Tommi Merrill and her staff took great care of me from the moment I called to get insurance for my home and auto. When the underwriters needed proof, the shingles were replaced on my home she came by and took the pictures I needed to send the underwriters. Her and her staff keep me informed of any thing I may need to do to satisfy the insurance companies. They are very responsive to any questions I may have both through a phone call or an email. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Tommi Merrill and her staff. I would recommend her firm to anyone that I know.

Tommy was able to get my home insured when no one else could. It’s in a highly dense area of pine trees and every insurance agent said they can’t find anyone to Inure my home. I asked Tommi for help and 4 hours later she found 5 different quotes for me. She’s the best.
