The loan collection officer, Valera Belcher, is rude and inconsiderate of other people’s situations. No wonder she is in collections because her attitude matches it. I was put in a unique and unfortunate situation. Even though I have paid the loan to current for my father she is unwilling to provide me with a payment due date and payment amount to keep the loan current (until I am POA) “because I am a third party”. I understand policies and such, but I am not asking for personal information. If she was a helpful and kind person she would help someone to keep a loan current. I will never get an account through this bank because of how Valera treats people. And believe me, I made sure she knew she is not a nice person.

Am simply giving 5 stars because they have a convienant ATM that anyone can use downtown which is very helpful if you need to get cash quickly while you are on the walking mall!

This bank markets itself as your down home community bank, but that's only skin deep. Inside it works just like the big banks, mostly because it must adhere to banking regulations. The marketing plan works well for them.
