I will start off by saying this review has nothing to do with the salesman or installer, Carlos and Josh were both incredible at what they do and did everything we asked for. The office however ruined the entire experience, from arguing with me about leaving a key under my doormat for them to let themselves in with no one home even after I explained I have animals in the house and that NO ONE would be let into my house unsupervised (the gentleman said that it was ok cause they did it all the time), changing appointment days without calling to ask and me only finding out the day before when they call to confirm an appointment that wasn’t scheduled, to not placing the order for the doors needed to finish my shower for a month and making my wife and I go nearly 2 months without our master bath. You would think for the 17k we paid them that they would’ve been more willing to work with our schedules and more interested in providing an experience that doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth after it’s complete. But again a big thank you goes out to Carlos and Josh for both of them being so great, hopefully the office personnel can get it together so it doesn’t effect the guys in the field in the future.

Installer was very polite. No caulking on top of tub wall. Shower rod scratched from putting hooks on. Very little hot water from new diverter. And a scratch in the new tub.

Absolutely an awesome job by Josh putting in our TWO walk-in showers! Professional, polite, friendly, cleaned up all debris, etc We couldn’t have had a more respectful installer. I paid $11K for a shower replacement over a whirlpool Bath and tear out the regular shower The guys build the new shower and it took three days. I am still waiting for the door, the outside of the walls, the place where the old shower was is still a mess. I have called and all I get is lip service. And this was April 4,, 21 and now it is 6/30/21

The end result was very nice and more than we expected. The installer was very efficient and completed both bathrooms in a timely fashion. He was friendly, informative and extremely professional. You should be proud to have him as an expert and reliable employee.

Daniel was amazing! He worked so hard for two days to build us our beautiful shower. He had to take down tile covered walls connected to two others with tile half way up the wall without damaging any other tiles at all. I used to install tile myself, I know how easy it is to chip them especially tile that was installed back in 1966. The finished product is gorgeous! No seams except down at the pan. The sealing of the glass panels, the trim work & the caulking were done perfectly! I’d love to post pics but the bathroom is so ridiculously small, I can only get a small section at a time. It amazes me to see what he was able to do in such a small space!

My husband & I are very pleased with our shower stall & highly recommend Bath Fitter especially Daniel! Thank you very much!
