GLM is an amazing insurance company. I currently use them for my job and their personal touch makes all the difference. I’ve never worked with a company that I can request a COI and receive it within the same day. It’s almost unheard of in the insurance world. Michelle is our point of contact. I have had nothing but positive interactions & experiences with the team at GLM. They initially took the time to listen to my needs and what I wanted out of my auto & home policies, and created policies that catered to what I was looking for. They are extremely knowledgeable and have the capability of offering many different types of insurance. I have emailed them several times with random questions after setting up my policies and they have always been very quick to respond. GLM has taken care of our insurance needs since 1976 (which over time encompasses 3 homes and 6 vehicles). I’m a very high-maintenance client, but no matter how many questions/clarifications/phone calls I make, I am always welcomed regardless of their busy schedule. There have been several claims that have been made on my behalf, and GLS has made sure that the claims have been honored in a professional and timely manner. I would not consider any other insurance company for any of my possessions. I highly recommend them without reservation.

I’m so glad I found GLM! Steve Garriques took the time to get to know my needs and it was apparent he genuinely cared that I got the best coverage for what was needed. He took the time to carefully research all of my options and ensure I was also getting the best price.
