Had a wonderful experience with the Midlothian office. Melissa was the best! She was very nice, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. Took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. The other ladies in the office were great as well. Highly recommend!

I am working with these people for a long time, All what I am going to say is that they will lie to you, give you wrong information and try to rip you off. " They got me a policy for six month knowing that I can get a year, but they wanted to change the policy every six month to rob me, (Nancy) told me that she can't get me a year, and the policy was raised by the insurance company, I canceled the policy immediately and I used another agent with the same insurance company, and guess what? I got more than half the monthly payment and I got a 1 year policy''.

I called to get auto insurance quote. I asked them which auto insurance companies they provide the quote for. The lady told me that they provide quote for 40 auto companies. I asked her again to tell me which auto insurance companies they deal with and she refused to answer it by kept saying they are 40 auto insurance companies. I didn't feel comfortable getting quote from a company which doesn't want to be transparent or tell me even one insurance company that they deal with.

Everyone is soooooooo kind and helpful. We came in so
stressed trying to get lower coverage. We left paying way less. They did everything to help us get the best rate. Having people who really want to help you out is the best feeling. They are wonderful.
