Nicole is responsive, respectful, and extremely efficient. Over three years of working with her, I’ve made multiple changes to my policy. Many of these times I simply left a voicemail and within minutes I received emails confirming the proper policy changes. I’ve never experienced such efficiency within an agency. Unfortunately I have moved out of state and can no longer use her services. I highly recommend Nicole for your insurance needs.

With so many insurance providers as well as policy needs it can be very difficult to navigate. Marty and his staff are there to help. what started as a customer / agent relationship swiftly became much more! Marty, Nicole & Amy make me feel like I'm calling on family. not just a neighbor as the ads may say. it has never been that way with any insurance agent I've ever had before. "I had two other Statefarm insurance agents in the past. also had Allstate as well as a few others" I believe it's because Marty and Nicole are real people, down to earth and simply understand the frustrations we as clients can feel. they provide the best advice to navigate the insurance puzzle. we all know too well how puzzling insurance can be. the stress of having enough insurance coverage without breaking the bank can be mind blowing! With rising cost of insurance premiums, it's nice to have an agent I can sit and talk to on a personal level like family. one that can communicate and answer my questions on "my level". no question goes unanswered, and they go above and beyond to help any situation I'm faced with. I have even consulted Marty as well as Nicole in regard to other aspects of life in general. I value both of their opinions knowing they will advise me based on what is best for me and my financial situation.
if you ask around you will quickly realize that both Marty and Nicole are very well known throughout the region. they are also very well respected and liked! I have yet to meet anyone who knows either of them that has a negative word to say. to me that speaks loudly to their character and integrity.
with all that said,
I do not put much faith in insurance companies in general. however, I do have faith in Marty, Nicole and their staff. we all have to have insurance so we may as well purchase from a reliable Agent! one that's more than a friend or a neighbor, one that treats you like family!!!

Marty and Nicole are extremely nice and patient. They are always personable and knowledgeable when called upon for any questions regarding insurance. Marty is a super guy, friendly and helpful.
Also got to speak with Amy whobtried to get me a better deal than i had. She was polite, sounded as if she was smiling through the phone and helpful.

I am so glad you asked... My experience with State Farm is that we had an accident and it took MONTHS to get it processed and paid. We also read that State Farm offered SR-22's, and we had been insured by them for years. Know what they said? You need to get another policy elsewhere, we do not offer it. And it was required because when the police ran an insurance check, the car did not come up as insured! I paid for insurance. Not sure why it came up that way, and she got convicted for driving without insurance. State Farm said, "too bad, so sad". No one has had a ticket, no one has had any infractions, and for that, we get, "Sorry, cannot help you". And that was their agent. So stay away from this company. They are money-grubbers and do not care at all about their customers. My other daughter had an accident and could not contact our agent -- he was on vacation and didn't return my call for days later. DAYS LATER after an accident!
