I have been constantly ignored or they've failed to follow through with their responsibilities. And the receptionist has inept customer service skills. Amanda is a wonderful person, but her office lacks the necessary personnel to accomplish the tasks of their customer base. I've been with them for a few years, and everything is fine until I need something done, for example, simply adding a vehicle to my policy. I'm switching to another State Farm office. Best of luck.
