I have a savings account at the Gesa credit union in Moses Lake. Opened the account about a year ago. I have never had a problem with them, and i find the staff very friendly and helpful. So far I think they're a great credit union.

The absolute worst banking facility I have ever used. We had fraud on our account multiple times and they refused to investigate it further than the pin being used. Even though it’s over 3 hours away and we have verification that we were here in town using our cards at the same time. Over $2,000 that they won’t give back to us regardless of the proof we have provided. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. Every employee in there looks absolutely miserable and has no idea what they’re doing. Just doing the bare minimum to get you out of there.

Everybody in the front lacks education on the products and services they offer. We have been told many lies numerous times about charges and fees.

We have also noticed they constantly keep hiring new people we can’t get used to any Banker. We choose to go to Tri-Cities over the Moses Lake location when it comes to speaking with somebody in person regarding any situation.

Used to be our favorite union we no longer use our account very often at this bank anymore! We choose to kept the majority of our money with another bank.

This is the worst credit union I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They find every reason to give you the run around, will hold your direct deposit for as long as they legally can. No better than a bank honestly in how they treat their members.

Do not open a savings account. They will charge you money without any notification. on what they think is a dormant account. This a sad situation when a financial institution needs to charge someone’s saving There is no justification for it. This is just a simple savings account. When someone needs a safe place to save money. This also makes me question their solvency.

The young man who help me was so patient and helped me set up online banking. I really struggle with anything computer. I have always loved Gesa and have been a customer since they came to town. I recommend Gesa to anyone who wants a friendly banking experience.

I love my bank! Seriously I've never had a problem with them they go above and beyond I have three different loans with them all of which were super simple to get and I can easily pay them through my online banking app. I left US bank and I'm so glad I did everyone is sooooo friendly!! The only thing I wish they would fix is that they would merge the xpress card control onto their regular online banking app rather than two separate apps but considering that would be my only complaint I'd say I'm very satisfied and would recommend gesa to everyone! Keep up the good work!
