Love it here! Daniela Whiteside was very friendly, fast at getting our quote and then setting us up with the proper commercial insurance policy. She was very patient and helpful in explaining the policy as well. Super accommodating getting us the documents needed for our store. Following my 1st contact with Harvey Insurance Agency (HIA), I started interacting with agent, Melinda Martinez and I am glad I did ! Let me add my punchline " SHE IS AN IDEAL HIA AGENT ESPECIALLY FOR SENIORS AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH HER!" Based upon her personal experiences, she clearly understand their needs, and communicates in simple terms, with high degree of patience and clearly demonstrates her experience and competence when it comes to explaining NUTS and BOLTS of auto/home policies. Even though she is very busy but treated me as SPECIAL ! After reading several reviews on other HIA agents , I can also draw general conclusion that HIA management must be very selective in their selection of staff, training and most importantly instilling in all of them the perfect corporate culture about developing CUSTOMER FOCUSED ATTITUDE! In my case, I wound up understanding couple of important coverage items from Melinda and ADDED THEM FEELING MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE!. I will not hesitate in recommending Melinda or HIA in general to anyone!

I have worked with Bobbi Jo Barrow for years. She has been the best agent that I've ever had.
