Very disappointed with Statefarm. I wanted to add Renters insurance to my policy but I was denied. I filed a claim from my mortgage insurance a few years ago and that is the reason I was denied as a current customer at Statefarm for years. So if you file a claim, you will not be allowed to get renters insurance with Statefarm. I will be canceling my policy because of there poor customer service.

State Farm was great until Angel became our representative. He is very stubborn and wants things done his way, doesn’t care about the customer needs. He is rude and made irrelevant comments on our personal life. He lied to us saying that we were insured and turns out we were driving without insurance for about a month. We were threatened by him, he kept calling us saying that he was going to suspend our insurance if we didn’t add someone to our account. Cathy is a great agent but don’t let Angel be your rep, his customer service is HORRIBLE.

RUN!!!! This agent and her team are awful!!! They don’t service you or do their job. Angel is extremely argumentative. He’s only about trying to be right instead of listening to his clients and assisting. I was only with them for a little over a month and received cancellation notices due to their incompetence to set our account up properly so that the payments auto draft. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

She didn't act stiff like a lot of other places she was super friendly and was very knowledgeable.
