Do not buy a property from this company. His flipped homes are very poorly done and often unsafe 'fixes' have been done. We have spent 10s of thousands of dollars correcting his 'fixes' that have surfaced over the years since buying our house that each specialist has pointed out was not done properly or to code. Vents, fans, and hoods not vented properly, roof reinforcements removed and not replaced, unsafe wiring of outlets, duct work leading to nowhere and bathrooms vents not blowing air, everything was only painted with primer when we thought it was white so all 'painted' surfaces degraded almost immediately and peeling, towel racks mounted to wall with liquid nails (found that one the first day we moved in and it fell to the weight of a bath towel, original wood interior doors eventually fell off frame bc they were only held on with 2 hinges and not enough screws, modified wood fireplace that wouldn't draw smoke bc firebox was wrong shape, shower tiled unsealed, shall I go on? It's a beautiful house with good bones, but this company did a disgraceful job renovating it. Looked good to the naked eye on the surface, but shoddy work at every corner.

These guys are fantastic! Had an issue with one of their properties and they were responsive and timely. Called during the evening hours and they showed up very quickly. I’ve never had that experience with any other property management company. Go Spear Group!

While I cannot speak directly to Spear Properties as a rental landlord per se, I have had real estate dealings with the company. Based on my very painful and costly experience, I feel that Spear Properties is NOT an ethical, trustworthy business. It is my sincere belief that the company is deliberately deceptive. I was forced to spend tens of thousands to correct issues that I feel the company intentionally obscured. If you are considering working with them under any pretense, my advice would be to run the other way. If I could rate zero stars, I most certainly would. Be warned.

I cannot recomend these folks enough! They did everything they possibly could to help us with my mom's house. Adam and Butch are great people that you can depend on and trust. They are like family to us. 🇺🇸
