I live in a Graf Investments Property that they manage for a different owner. This will be year 21 of renting and I have had a very easy time of it. I have seen Property Managers come and go but they always replace them with friendly and knowlegeable people. Office staff from top to bottem are top knotch. Yes, in the 21 years I have had some issues arise. Whatever the issues are whether it's my fault or theirs, It always gets resolved. I am very happy with them.

I have lived in my current location approximately a year and a half w/ zero issues. When I initially moved in the house was clean and move-in ready. A few small issues came up over time and the property manager addressed and corrected the issues promptly. The only reason for 4 stars is because everything can be improved! If your looking for a clean affordable residency this is the place to contact.

Aka Graf Investments. We rented with them and later they managed our house rental 1 year. They added wrongful charges on a monthly basis and fixed some only with complaints. Their statements are convoluted so difficult to review combining charges for you, renters etc and moving them from statement to statement. I still found many fraudulent charges and or mistakes and they did not rectify them all. At the end they simply ignored them. Pictures/proof was provided and they would not respond. They did not notify us the renters broke contract and had a 2nd stinky dog for the whole year. They communicated poorly. They sent constant complaints to us from the renters. They refuse to return our $500 discretionary fund as promised and billed us almost $600 for things they did not have permission to do. ex: They charged over $100 for changing a filter 2xs (and other things the renters were responsible for). All false.. upon arrival the repairs, filter etc were dark brown.. dirty.. undone. The house stunk and had new carpet stains. Renters were given deposit back when they threatened Graf with small claims court and they should not have gotten any back. They ignored 2 BBB reports and lied to the state of WA. They took advantage of us knowing we were out of state. Even now we’re getting calls from companies with unpaid bills that are asking us to pay because Graf refuses.

Years ago I rented one half of a duplex on South 4th Ave in Yakima, WA. What a dump!! Air conditioning/heat didn't work, place was dirty. I finally had to fix it because they'd always promise to come by, but never did. We got out and wouldn't ever deal with this outfit again. Slum lord.
