She clearly discussed the step-by-step process from preparing to list our home to the final closing. We appreciated her experience and knowledge. Through experience she has seen everything and knows how to navigate through any issue that may arise through the process. We appreciated her input during our home walk through on how best to stage the home for listing. She was always available to answer any questions we had and to explain them over if necessary for our understanding.
