I typically don't take my time to post reviews on google but I felt I needed to do so based on the customer service I've received from Alex. I called about 15 different people to shop for a high risk insurance before I was fortunate enough to be referred to Alex. within the first five minutes of every phone call I've had with insurance agents, they rushed to give me a very general quote (and VERY HIGH) only with half the information they had of me before saying "yeah we don't have anything else" and would end the calls. Alex spent close to an hour on the phone with me providing full details and she submitted accurate specifics of the previous accidents and came back with the best rates available. I am way more knowledgeable in how insurance works after speaking with Alex. I would highly recommend her.

The fact that they are Bilingual is a plus. But for them to be able to explain and answer any question you have is the best. They are fast reliable and make sure you comprehend everything in your policy without a problem. Universal is just a call a way. Thank you Universal Insurance.

I am a new client to Universal Insurance. Yesina Acosta is my agent. All contact with her has been phone and emails.. Yesina has been so thorough on getting me the best price for commercial business insurance to cover van only not cargo insurance.

I had her compare to Farmers Insurance and the quote was lower than with personal insurance.

In my opinion I will be with Yesina and Universal Insurance for a long long tome.
