We've been with Hapo for quite a few years now. And I have generally had an overall great experience. Not sure what happened, but I can definitely say I am so very disappointed in the service we've received these past couple of weeks. We went in with a large check to deposit into the account. The cashier that helped my husband was very rude and short with him. I won't get into to much details, but we both felt he was treated differently based on appearance. They did a 7 day hold on our money, I called to discuss my concerns and was told that they would go ahead and release the funds Friday or Saturday. This did not happen, I understand the wait time I'm just upset I was told one thing and it never happened. This whole experience has driven us to start looking around for a different financial institution.

I primarily use online pay for my bills. One of my bills did not get paid and I contacted customer service who notified me that it was sent and it could take 2 - 3 weeks to get to the payee. The other option is to put a stop payment which costs $26.95 and then it takes 90-days to refund the account. I am not happy with this system and it is not right to hold onto my money for 90-days. Also, I have other bills that now get put on hold while I wait for this refund.

This is my daughters bank 🏧🏦 she preferably picked this bank herself, she likes that it's free with no hidden fees ! The Cashiers at the branch are * A L W A Y S * VERY welcoming and they serve fresh hot 🔥 coffee ☕ with cold refreshing bottle water 💦. Not my bank but I love coming by with her and they have a little area where guest can wait for your loved ones to get done with there business 🏦🏧☕🔥💦🦋 I and my daughter 100% recommend this bank for anyone who's searching for some local yakima county advice for #newbankaccount (: have a good day 5 stars if I could I'd rate (1,000,000,000) 🦋🦋

I'd love to give them 0starts if I could I would. Every other time I use the atm it eats my card and end up paying for a new card. I would they could figure it out but nah they can't it doesn't matter witch batch atm you go to happens to all of them . I don't really recommend this company unless you love being unconvinced. They act like it's the 1st time it happens it's far from it. Time.for a new bank that works

Tellers are great, but the amount of times I've been stranded with no cash is unbelievable! Cash machines are absolutely the worst! They are out of order more times than not.

Levinca ( teller ) was rude. Had a terrible "baditude". My husband opened our account there about 3 years ago. Since then, we have gone to the ATM at the terrace heights branch on multiple occasions, only to find neither ATM working. (Never any apologies or explainations.) Today we went inside the branch to cash an insurance check from The Bank Of America, for replacement of our roof. Levinca first asked if we had an account there and after learning that my husband in fact had an account, told us they would have to put "a 7-10 day hold on the check " because I wasn't on the account and that the check was made out to both of us, which she said, made it a "3rd party check" . My husband said "ok, I'll add my wife to the account then". She told us they would still put a 7-10 day hold on it. We then asked if they could call and verify the funds, to which she had the same response. Which makes no sense whatsoever. TERRIBLE customer service if any at all. She was rude, offered no explanation, and in the process, lost a great customer! What good is having a bank account if you can't use it for very simple banking needs? Don't waste your time, $, and patience on this JOKE OF A credit union, that CLEARLY could care less about it's customers. We willbe closing our account !

Great people work in this branch. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions to satisfy our individual needs. We have been members for 25+ years, and says something... Love the building after the remodel!!😃
