Definitely giving them a 5 Star Rating. I called them with an issue, and within a half hour they had taken care of everything, and resolved my issue. Their Customer Service was Top Shelve. ( very polite, listened to my issue, and made sure it was taken care of) and they followed up with me on all the details. Thank You all very much, it's greatly appreciated. I would HIGHLY recommend this Insurance Co. I have them for auto and home owners Insurance.. Awesome Company.

Oak Point is efficient and helps to resolve problems quickly. We received a notice from the MVA that coverage for one of our vehicles had been cancelled. I contacted Miss Kim and she immediately researched, found and help correct the problem. With her help I was able to concentrate on my business instead of fighting with the MVA.
