Awful insurance. They hardly never answer the phone and when they finally do, they are put out to do their job. Would not recommend.

Ask for Kassandra Marry, she is amazing and super helpful in a quick and efficient way.
I had difficulties (in the past) working with Cindy Gochnauer (being massively overcharged, always getting the runaround and not really getting straight answers on anything), and I almost switched companies at that point, didn’t even care if I had to pay more, but the main office (or possibly headquarters) reached out and everything was fixed, saving about $50 a month. I don’t know about everyone else but that is a **HUGE** amount for me to save PER MONTH ($600 a year)!!! Don’t get me wrong, Cindy was not outright rude, just very transactional with no real intention of looking for errors or solving problems. She just seems to expect people to accept that “it is what it is” without looking to see what “it is” in the first place or if there are actually other options. I am a little bitter that it took reaching out to higher ups to fix the initial issue, but it was worth it nonetheless, both monetarily and convenience-wise. I’ve been with this company for about 12 years now, and the prospect of leaving was a nightmare.
*Kassandra* on the other hand, ROCKS! She answers/returns phone calls and has always been very helpful and patient. She is so kindhearted and considerate of everyone’s time and needs, even if it means she had to sacrifice her own free time and stay a few minutes later than her shift end. I never expect someone to work past their shift, but she totally helped me by doing just that. I wasn’t aware they closed a little early on certain days (it was Friday, specifically) and I showed up only minutes before closing time. Kassandra still helped me even when I told her I would come back the next business day so she could leave on time. She insisted on helping me and had my account updated within about 7 minutes, like magic!

Kassandra, I don’t know if you will see this, but ***THANK YOU*** so much for helping me a couple days ago even though I arrived so close to closing time! You absolutely didn’t have to do that, but I appreciated it so much, thank you for your time and thank you for updating my auto insurance so fast! You are awesome 🤗 I was nervous about the prospect of driving away uninsured (especially for the whole weekend), so you truly helped ease my anxiety! I don’t know what your salary is, but it should be more anyways! You absolutely deserve it 💜
