Update: I'm changing my rating from 3 to 4. Since posting the original, they have reached out to me and seems to be actively working to remedy the issue. If I continue to have no more issues, I'll bump it to 5.

I'd rate lower, but I've been using this company for many years and they used to be great. For the past couple years, it feels like my calls and requests are being ignored. I'm either never able to get through, for which I leave a voice message, or if I do get through, I'm told that they will look into it and get back to me. Either way, I'm never 'gotten back to'. This most recent time I called, I got someone on the phone and asked for some info. I was told they would look into it and send me the info I requested. That was at least 4 months ago and I still have not gotten the info or received a call about it. And when I call to see what going on, no one ever answers the phone or calls back for the voicemails I leave. I'm not a happy customer anymore. I'm sad to say this as I've used this company for the past 15 or so years. Longer if you count when my mom went here and I was on her account.

Tiffany Forness!! I was actually referred to her by a housing advocate I am working with. I am not only impressed, but also thankful for her patience, and the amount of time and effort she put in, to helping me find the exact insurance plan that fit for me! For a reasonable price as well! She helped explain different options, took time to take my calls and worked around my work schedule and emailed me back everytime I reached out. She was so fast with getting me the answers I needed. This may be embarassing to post, but I have not had insurance for well over a year possibly 2. I have always been really bad with getting insuances for my vehicles because of pricing and also, just not understanding car insurance. I 1000% can say, the ONLY reason I have car insurance right now is because of this company, and Tiffany. Tiffany thank you again for all of your time and patience, and helping me get the plan that was best for me and my circumstances. You are an asset to the company. I cant imagine going through anybody else to find car insurance. <3
