My husband and I are frequent visitors to Pawn 1 in Airway. The staff is always very nice, greets us when we enter the store and are attentive to our needs. We never know what we are going to find when we walk in, but always leave happy with new purchases. We’ve found and picked up everything from jewelry to guns to TVs to chainsaws, and we always get a great deal! Evan, Crystal, Richard and Melvin have always been more than courteous, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. Love, love, love Pawn 1!

I am a frequent pawn shop/vintage/outlet shopper and have been stopping in for months. Today I noticed the same golf club set that has been sitting for months have a 56° and 60° wedge that I was willing to make an offer on. The whole set of 12 and bag is $100, I would’ve paid $50 for just the two clubs out of the 12 + bag. Upon asking if that was we even an option, I was rudely met with head shaking and even the kid at the counter did not even understand the question I was asking nor did it seem like he cared to, lol. I’m sure the clubs will probably sit on the floor until next golf season and then you’ll have to knock the price down. Just seems like bad business or incompetent workers. Don’t waste your time here!

Vaughan laughed at my interaction when the other employee (who shall remain nameless despite the fact she offered me $400 and then her boss changed the amount offer, so she took the offer back). This is terrible customer service all around. I am not happy and would never recommend selling here. I was laughed at and treated poorly while I maintained a kind disposition. They need better employees here. Or better management.

I talked to a worker And they said they would pawn my new drill. It's in perfect condition. Drove there and some lady said they don't pawn drills.

I love this place to get bargain movies on DVD and Blu-ray. Returns are for in-store credit. Wide variety of products from jewelry to guitars to bicycles. Very friendly crew.
