I called this company as I received a "bill" from them for only $14.95 but without any identifying info as to whom I supposedly owed money to. I first called the local number and was transferred 3 times to the same operator and eventually someone picked up who kept asking for "Deena". I tried to explain that I had a question about a bill and the man said yes..."Deena please". So I hung up thinking I had a wrong number. I then tried the 866 number and was sent to a voicemail saying no one was available to take my call. I am very suspicious of this company as all my bills are on auto-pay and I have no clue who I could possibly owe money to. If this isn't a scam then they are completely incompetent.

Rude. I have two "debts" that are showing on my credit report of 50.00 and 51.00 respectively. When I called, the woman was extremely rude and I have almost 200.00 in debt from 4 different bills. She asked of I could make a payment today and I said no, I am disputing these charges and I would like a copy of the bills. She said she couldn't send me a bill and hung up on me. Seriously. If she can't send a bill, I'm not sending a payment.

I saw on my credit report that I owed money. I looked them up on Google for contact info. Once someone picked up they told me I owed all this money, I asked why I never received any bills and they told me they couldn't tell me why. I asked who they called and they told me that they called my phone number but looking at my call logs I don't have this number showing up. I asked give they could take it off me report since I had no way to prove this was a real bill of mine. She told me Pay it or don't I don't care... I'm calling the BBB to find out if it's a real company or not.. Good Luck

To start with the website for them listed on Google is wrong. The currently listed website is for "Vanguard Collections", which is based in Edmonton Canada, they have no affiliation with this company. Secondly they applied for BBB accreditation in 2003 and we're denied and currently hold a "F" with the BBB. Plus they are listed on multiple sites as only having 4 employees for the whole company. This can be a problem when trying to contact anyone or when a dispute is filled in your credit report. Considering that a few local area hospitals and medical services use them for collections this could be a real problem. Need I say more...

Very unprofessional over the phone when trying to pay off a bill. Was told they don’t accept HSA cards, but when asked why, all I got was “I DO NOT MAKE THE RULES MAAM!” She never could give an exact answer and would only repeat that she doesn’t make the rules.

This company(?) claims I have an unpaid Medical debt from 2021 of $145. Not even sure how this is remotely possible as I have a 0$ copay for medical services I recieve and its been that way since October of 2019.

This organization is unprofessional, and the financial department employee is really unpleasant. By mistake, they entered the incorrect address on our account and charged our credit, and kill our credit score for not paying the bill with no inform. I wish there was a zero-star option.

I don't know anything about this company, but we get constant phone calls from the phone number listed above asking us to hold for an important business message. After a minute of hold music, it will tell us that there is no representative available to take our call and disconnects. Calls back to the number end up the same way.
