They employ the equivalent of middle schoolers to code their website. It's a joke, and you cannot even log in if there has been a change in your HSA investment funds- the aspx page hangs.

Beth in customer service helped me get all the documents I needed in under 10 min! She even waited to make sure I received the email so I wouldn’t have to call back. She’s top tier! Thanks Beth!! ❤️

This insurance company is the insurance provider thru my employer, I have been waiting 14 days for an approval on a prior authorization on a medicine i have been taking for years. And the prior authorization process is ONLY supposed to be a 24-72 hour process, 14 DAYS LATER and my prior auth. is still in a pending status. This is my first month with this Insurance company, And let me tell you it has been nothing but an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE !!!!!! And I had to play the part of being the middle man between the doctors office and the insurance company because they cant NOT seem to communicate between each other because they claim they dont have accurate fax numbers. WHAT A JOKE.. I must of made 40 phone calla back and forth between the ins. company and the doctor. I just can not believe that this is what Im paying this Insurance Company for !!!!!! I am EXHAUSTED over this situation and I have completely given up over this situation !!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A SHAME !!!!!!!!

Have had several problems with a couple medical supply companies. Lisa in Medicare has gone above and beyond in getting problems solved. She has also helped my wife. Can’t thank her enough.

Be wary of 5-star reviews. Several are employees or former employees and are simply there to increase their rating. The health plans offered here are just terrible. I have been forced to change 2 of my care providers and the cost of my meds increased two-fold if not more. Meds I have been on for several years are now required for another pre-authorization which is an incredible pain when you are dealing with several providers and pharmacies online and locally. The worst part is the website. There is nothing useful on there and I have to call for information every single time I need something new. Staff, for the most part, have been friendly (except for one encounter) but I am getting tired of calling. I'd rather go back to paying more out of pocket for better coverage, ease of use, and a wider selection of providers than suffer this plan.

Update: I feel it is only fair to amend my review. The health plan contacted me within minutes of this post (as well as my Facebook review) and rectified the situation. I am still disappointed I had to stoop to a negative review to get someone to pay attention to my issue, but I am happy they have rectified it. I can only hope this policy is looked at closer for new moms who are trying to figure it out. 6 weeks is a very constrained window.

Today I have had the most disappointing experience with my health insurance to date. They apparently have a 60 days limit on applying for breast pump converse from the date your baby is born. Even if the baby is premature by 6 weeks. Now, federal law mandates 12 weeks for fmla leave. Doctor request 6-8 weeks for postpartum recovery. So if you are a working mom who returns to work after beast feeding for 8 weeks at home and find that you need a pump, sorry, your insurance will not cover it anymore. In my case, I had a pump already so I didn’t file the claim, because why would I ask for something that I didn’t NEED. I applied for the pump and was told after a week my insurance denied it because of a few days cutoff. Now, my preemie is having trouble with formula and I am trying to increase my milk supply and was told my pump is probably too old and I needed a new one. Well, now I will have to purchase one at full cost to try and provide my baby with the care they are saying is best. When I contacted the nurse who called me the entire pregnancy, I was told “sorry sweetie” and my tears sparked her” ok have a nice day, byebye” salutation before hanging up. In a already stressful time in my life, I was very discouraged by their lack of support for me postpartum.

They have no problems taking your money, but when it comes time for them to pay, they make up loopholes to avoid that. Worst insurance I ever had! HAD!
