Just spoke to Garrett because when looking at my policy discounts I did not have a Vehicle Safety Discount nor an accident free discount. I haven’t had a car accident in 10 years. I have had State Farm insurance for over 3 years. Garrett tried to claim that I am not able to transfer a State Farm policy from Colorado to West Virginia. That it has to be an entirely new policy and as a result that is why I lost the discount. I find this to be incredibly deceptive. Part of me wonders if he had me start a new policy when I moved out here and cancel my original policy so he gets a higher commission. His rudeness and lack of customer service is unacceptable. His opinion that because my auto rates are cheaper in West Virginia than they were in Colorado I should just be grateful even though I lost my discount. I will be looking for coverage outside of State Farm who has increased by rates by 25% this year on my Condo in Colorado even with having zero claims. If I don’t find better rates outside of State Farm given Garrett’s attitude I will be taking my policy to another State Farm agency.

Just switched over from Geico and let me tell you it is the best decision I could have made. Saving almost $200 a month. Garrett was amazing. He helped me get the best deal for my car insurance and was very quick with it. Definitely recommend reaching out to him on getting your car insurance

Garrett was very helpful and informative. Everyone I spoke to was polite and happy to provide service. State Farm’s home and auto rates were significantly lower than my previous insurer, so I switched both. Happy with the entire process. I fully recommend.

I had a bunch of tree branches that had fallen onto my car. I had never created a claim before and never really had used my insurance before. My car had a wrap on it, so I did not think that anything would be covered. Michele has assured me over and over that everything would be okay. The day after, claims had called and I got everything situated, but claims ended up only wanting to cover 50% of my damage. This was because I needed a whole new wrap. Michele took the time to call both of the companies I had picked for repair and fought claims for me. She had contacted me about everyday and always told me her plan on what she was doing. In the world of insurance, we all know that there are people that simply just do their job and go home. Michele is one of those rare people who genuinely care. Not only that, but she was great at communicating the entire situation. Because of Michele, the claims department decided to cover my entire charge. I could have cried when I got the phone call, as placing wrap is very expensive. Thank you so much Michele for all of the effort you put into your customers. I wish every place had a person like you.

Requested an agent contact me regarding my quote late in the evening. I was contacted the next day, set up a phone call and then rescheduled (Garrett was super nice, helpful, and worked with me on the reschedule). He was honest with me, explained their Drive Safe and Save program (I was pleasantly surprised at the benefits it had AND that it would not impact my policy negatively!). Received a follow up text today confirming everything was as we had spoken (again, pleasantly surprised!!). The customer service is fantastic and I'm already happier with them than I was with my previous insurance if 3 years.

The agent ( garett)personally contacted me saying my rate is lower than the previous year. I wasn’t planning on switching insurance companies but I did mainly because his customer service was above and beyond my expectation. I definitely highly recommend State Farm.
