Hailey was very polite, understanding- especially as this involved reporting a car accident and involved my child. She was so sweet, showed true compassion, took all the details and provided all the info to me. Instead of passing me off to call claims or transferring me to a hold for claims, she waited on the line with me until claims came on. Praises to her!!!

I can't give her 5 stars because after all, it is insurance. I needed to cover a car, I went in and they took care of it as they have for years. If you got to spend your hard earned money, you might as well choose an agent that is kind, knowledgeable and always there.

They walk you through things if you need help understanding a process, and they don’t make you feel like a burden. If a claim needs to be made, they make things go through like greased lightning.
