I was having a bad day already dealing with the big box electronics store so then to get the bad news at State Farm is calling my license suspended because my CDL was not reinstated until 2022. Although my driver's license has been reinstated since 2020 and I've already finished State Farm customer in the past with a different office in West Virginia which is why I came back. But James got everything taken care of made sure my insurance was good from here forward and was more than helpful and went above and beyond in my opinion. If he's not a manager of that office he should be getting his own sometime soon
