Had a great experience with this company! I booked a brewery tour for a friend’s birthday. Communication with Trinity from getting the initial quote through the day of event was great. She is very responsive and answers all the questions. Reasonable rates with no hidden fees. Tony was our driver and was punctual, professional, and had great energy. I will definitely book with them again in the future! Highly recommended.

Great service! Will recommend to friends and use again. Trinity had great communication prior to my event up through getting picked up, was agile, and answered all my questions! Terrible customer service. I left a voicemail for someone to call me to book a 6 hour limo. I asked they return my call. Instead I got a text message telling me to book online. When I explained I wanted a call not a command to book online, I was given a list of questions I was required to answer before someone would consider calling me back. A limo service is supposed to be a luxury experience with exceptional customer service. These guys must think they're the only game in town. THINK AGAIN!

Tony and Trinity are amazing. After finding out my special needs son was nominated for prom court E-G limo went out of there way to make sure my son had the most memorable experience for years. Tony was awesome in making sure everyone had a wonderful time. He was not just our driver for the night he became family that night. I can not express enough gratitude to Tony for going above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group had a wonderful time.

WOW! I don’t even know where to start with this company. Their service was outstanding and above expectations. They came through for me and my two daughters last minute. We had another company back out on us, so we had to scramble to find a ride to the father daughter dance. The customer service and patience this company showed toward me and my two girls. Not too mention how patient the driver,William was with my youngest daughter who was scared at first to ride in the navigator. When we arrived at the dance the driver on his OWN pulled out a red carpet for my two daughters to walk on. Thanks again for a GREAT first time experience for my two girls. I know exactly where I’m going in the future for any events we need rides for. My deepest gratitude to you and your company for helping us.
