What a horrible experience in general. After cancellation by the underwriter, I've had payments pulled out of my account. Tried calling to see what I can do and was basically told I could not be helped and it would take 7-10 days to see my money back AFTER my cancel date... I was not told I was going to be billed anymore and it was not pro-rated for the remaining 10 days I'm covered. Unacceptable.
