I love my Insurance Agent! Michelle has always taken time to explain things and share what we could be doing better and what better suits our needs. There came a time when our lender messed with not paying our insurance on our house (actually paid it to a different company). I spent hours with “them” on the phone trying to get it straightened out. This went on for months. I called Michelle and she went above and beyond and reassured me things would be fine. After handing the situation over to her it was fixed in no time. She has been there for us thru our three daughters and the situations that came up thru their driving experiences too. I’ve been with Farmers since 1984 and Michelle is by far the BEST and most knowledgeable insurance agent we have ever had. We feel that she’s not just our agent but that she is family.
