I purchased a property and the closing date was 10/17. The bill specifies the insurance started from 10/12. Carl was my agent and let me pay the fee between 10/12 to 10/17 while the home was not my property yet. I asked Carl about it and Carl just explained it is their company's internal payment cycle policy ... so .. if they set their own cycle as 1 year, do I have to pay 1 year fee regardless of the insurance cancellation? In addition, do the customers have to pay the insurance for the home they don't own yet?

I had many bad experiences from Carl's service. The fee they charged me is just a part of them. I am sad that there is no option to choose 0 point.
