This is the worst insurance company i have ever had they have ripped me off for many years and over charging me with there high premiums and when you need them they are no where to be found but the one thing there good at is collecting your money. They gave me an $800 dollar check to have my car repaired but the costs to have my car repaired was $2500 and they told me I would have to pay the rest plus my deductible thats just terrible what kind of insurance company does that. Thank you American Family Insurance for nothing.
