I have purchased several new homes in my life and been through various painful experiences. Being warned by several friends, realtors and online reviews about Lennar I was very hesitant when considering to buy from Lennar. HOWEVER, I'm very happy to report it has been my most pleasant home buying experience to date! Everyone including Lennar Sales, Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Escrow, Lennar Concierge, etc. has been friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and eager to assist and not in a way where I ever felt pressured or upset. Everything was done ON-TIME at every step...wow! Additionally, the independent inspector I hired (with 40 years experience in construction) was very impressed with the quality of construction...talk about exhale.
