A family member of mine was issued a Writ of Garnishment for an employee for the first time after 20+ years in business. They were unfamiliar with the process and reached out to the person listed on the cover letter for assistance (as directed), Ms. Heather S.

She was incredibly rude and pretty ineffectual. My family did not feel comfortable reaching out again as English is not their first langauge so I stepped in.

I too found Heather to be very rude on our first call, and again on our second call today (which I dreaded making). Can someone please listen to our call recordings with Heather S. and coach her on customer service, respect for others and any other training needs she may have? Thank you.

So I was brought to my attention payment was not made today. I paid the payment to catch up and was told as long as it was in good standing I could be approved for a small loan. Well, that didn't happen. I explained to the officer that I needed assistance for my other car payment which was with another lender. However, I was tricked. My son had already made 1.5 of payments this morning before I made the month payment. So, as I dispute the charges I'm told well your son is paid up with an extra payment. Be mindful of this agency. Liars and co artist Mr. Roger is misleading. Even after I told him to retract our convo from yesterday. His smirk remarks about my son non payment out me in the negative zone yesterday. Then Mr. Roger coned me out of an extra payment. Shame on #credit concept

Terrible experience with Company. There as no option for negative stars.... Very unprofessional. My Husband Got a loan for a SUV $6500 2006 Cadillac. After putting $1500 down Still had a beginning balance of $6000+..After paying off Would pay $8100. That is not even the Biggest issue!

November 2023 Loan started, Payments $373 per month. Husband lost job at the end of December. But maintain payments until Feburary 2024. After Informing Concepts about job loss and awaiting Unemployment and Tax Return. Payment then went beyond $420 per month Concepts kept hounding husband for payment. Pay off balance went from $6100 to $7000 Weekly (even though Unemployment is 6+ week wait and Income taxes just as long). Late Feburary, Car was repossed. Mid March my husband paid $1800 for repossession fees and begin paying Every week $100. Which put him ahead( payments ahead until the end of June). Mid May 2024 (after Car was attempt theft and vandalized was towed to Tow yard.) Since paid weekly unable to pay full tow balance but planned to get out. After asking Concepts for $300 to get out fast(half of tow fee)since was ahead of payments. At first they declined full and half amount request. Then agreed with a deadline Via Email but with a deadline of 4 hours to get there or they would reposse and auction off. Mind you husband was working to busy delivering food ride share(door dash,etc) to pay attention to email(why didn't they call?).
So 1 hour prior to deadline Concepts jumped the gun and repossessed vehicle and added more money on top of tow fees only to extort my husband for more money know unemployed but should effort in paying weekly. They are very crooked. Unfair. $1500 down, $1800 after repossession and weekly payment of $100 for at least 2 months The vehicle should have been more then 75-80% paid off
