I have been with State Farm for 35 years. Moved from Illinois to Wisconsin and had to give up my agent that was great. I called Marlene's office and they gladly accepted my business. I soon found out that they do not return phone calls and that they have zero customer service. My mortgage company had to hound them to get paper work so I could close on time. Do not waste your time or energy with this office. Maybe they service their long time customers well but not new business.

The communication and customer service has gone down hill a lot recently, especially after Ashley left. Recently I had questions regarding an installation of a wood burner. I spent 3 weeks calling and leaving messages and being told I would be called back, never was. I didn’t get the information I needed (which took about 2 minutes to explain) until I drove down to the office and started complaining. Instead of receiving an apology or explanation I was told “I’m glad you kept in touch with us to get the information you needed” as if having to harass them to get information was an expectation not an inconvenience. This is on top of them not properly communicating what was happening with the process of getting a new mortgagee added to my home owners insurance. Not to mention them emailing documents that magically arrive in my email after I’m in their office complaining. It turned out to not even be the document I had been asking for on the phone. Poor service all around recently and I can take the hint that State Farm doesn’t need my business!

Marlene is amazing! My family and I have been going through her for years. The other week a rock hit my windshield, so I called her and she gave me a number to get it replaced asap. She verified my insurance coverage and she said it was taken care of. The only problem I had with Marlene was i called during business hours and i had to leave a voicemail & she did not return my call. I called her the next day and she answered.

Been a State Farm customer for over forty years, less than one year with this agent. Recently cancelled an additional policy adding my daughter's used car, went with AllState. The agency requested a $500.00 down payment, I cancelled the policy within 12 hours and was supposed to receive a full credit. That was on March 10, it is now April 13, still no refund despite repeated calls. The agent says the check is in the mail, that the funds have been applied to my current premiums (not authorized by me to do this), and repeated lies about the date the check being mailed. Another agent and the State Farm home office straightened this out in 30 minutes. Do not use this agency if you desire customer service.

Marlene and her staff were able to save me money by refinancing my vehicle with State Farm Bank. I got a lower interest rate and gap insurance. I’ve had my autos insured there for several years and my rates have decreased over the years. Whenever I call or email, they are quick at getting back to me. I have no reason to look elsewhere because of the great rates and service I get at State Farm.

Marlene has been my agent for nearly 6 years. I have multiple policies, and I have been very happy. In 2015, I got into an accident, and State Farm handled almost everything for me. I even submitted the claim at the scene. The next day, I had a rental waiting for me and my paperwork was waiting for me at the body shop.

Ashley Benyamina is the real hero of the office though. I can not recall all the times she has held me hand through explaining my coverages, setting up CD's, and answering a wide variety of questions. She responds back with a business day and gives thorough explanations.

I have worked with the Conroy Agency for almost 10 years now. They have all been very helpful with any questions that I have about existing or new policy information. At the same time it feels like every time I call they always look to see if I am getting every discount that is available to me.

It is a small group that is working there, but that means it is very personal feeling with any communication we have with them. I would highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
