For the past 23 years I have been a customer with Kathy Garrett-State Farm Insurance... They have always been friendly and so very helpful with all of my insurance needs. I enjoyed calling and speaking with them, I knew all my insurance needs were in good hands. I'm going to miss them now that I am back in Illinois.

Great team that works here. I will say you will have to be patient. I have never been able to call them and get them. I always have to leave a message. They do, however, get back to you and give you very personalized service.

Update: I had to change to a different office. I could not take not being able to call and get a hold of anybody. I had a vehicle I purchased to add and never had a call back.

I will always remember the wonderful service I received when I was younger! About 20 years ago my mother drove her car through the house with me in the passenger seat! It was one of her drug induced rages! Thankfully no questions were asked and insurance paid the hundred-thousand in damages and we got to keep our policy!
