Huge shout out to Diana at DFI Insurance! She has been so helpful to us these past few months with transitioning our policy to her firm and signing with another carrier. With recent insurance changes in our state, we had a lot of questions navigating our options. I know many are in the same boat with homeowners insurance changes statewide. It’s been such a nice experience.

Today, yet again she took her time and answered every question we had. Sent us updated policy information and was beyond helpful. We kinda feel like her only customer. Which is rare. Reminds me of a beautiful insurance agency my parents had in the 80’s/90’s. (Johnathan Insurance Agency with Mr. Klug.). Old school, professional and very first class treatment. Never thought I’d ever find an insurance broker again like they had. I’m so happy with DFI. Thank you Diana and DFI! I’d highly recommend them.

We have also been very pleased with Mercury as our carrier for both home and auto as well. Very quick response times, great coverage and really just can’t say enough about both!

I highly recommend DFI for all your car and home insurance services. I am very graceful for the services of Mrs. Luisa Lelevier who is very knowledgeable, professional, and goes out of her way to make sure all my questions are answered and that I have picked the best possible quote for my policy renewal. Mrs > Lelevier also is fluent in both English and Spanish, so to me this is a big plus in case I need to clarify something in Spanish. All in all, DFI is a great honest and professional Insurance company you should consider for your insurance needs.

I was a happy customer of DFI for years, but the last couple of years the customer service has really gone down hill. First when I inquired about homeowner's insurance I was bluntly told I'd be better off looking on my own. Most recently I decided to try them again looking auto policy quotes. I spoke with Emily who promised to call me back with quotes by the end of the day. She never got back to me. After leaving a voice mail and sending an email asking for a call still no call back after five days. Needless to say very poor customer service. I will not be using or recommending DFI any longer.

John "JP" Peterson is our insurance counselor and has been for many years. He always brings good information and his many years of experience to our meetings; and also information on aspects of insuring that we have not thought about and that are beneficial to our group. We're an HOA Board. We have questions about our community dog park, private streets, alcohol at functions and the list goes on. He's available on the phone, he's attended Board of Director meetings and he has a support staff that's also there to help. Five star rating without a doubt.
