Awesome customer service from the very first phone call until finalizing the policy! John Wallace is friendly, knowledgeable and made the process of changing insurance companies painless. He searched to find me the best coverage at the most affordable price. He was so helpful in the process and kept me updated and motivated via email and by phone. I found John Wallace and his team through the Dave Ramsey network a few years ago. I started using this company for auto when I was given a thorough assessment of my coverage and got a good price for more coverage on my vehicles. I made a rash decision to switch over to Mercury from my previous dealer due to lack of expereince they showed in dealing with a situation, I called Mr. John Wallace from goolge search who took time to go through my records and came up with best coverages and switched over immediately and served me with beyond and above call of duty.
