Make sure you don’t deposit large amount of money here the tellers there do not know how to count. They do not have proper working machines to make sure you have the proper amount of money that you are withdrawing. Instead they would much rather issue you a cashiers check, which does nothing if you want cash. There are rude and they will accuse you of being rude when you have it all on camera and videotaping them. They lied to your face And are incredibly unintelligent. They lack the common decency to know when you’re dealing with somebody’s money you need to handle with care which they do not know how the women that are. The tellers are incompetent delinquent non-adherent noncompliant at best. They just know the basics high, hello and counting money of a small sum they do not know how to count of a large amount, do not go here you are wasting your time banking with this bank! They were extremely rude to me and making remarks about how I look when there are no prize for the eyes themselves

Not impressed with their processes and planning. New ATM at this location doesn’t accept checks currently over a very low amount threshold. Unable to deposit checks from phone. Switching to another bank due to these things.

1. Took forever to get my card because it wasn't ordered.
2. Kept getting locked out of my account.
3. Expect to wait forever to receive your card.
4. Expect to wait forever to receive a pin.
5. There is no 24/7 service so if life happens to you a lot, get a different bank.
6. Expect to have your card declined out of nowhere when you have money in the bank. (This happened after trying to pay for car repairs luckily we knew the mechanic and let us pay the next day).

However they employees are nice, and the bank is also nice and clean. And will all the trouble to get to our own money, you know its secure.
