Rachel has been a dream to work with in purchasing these vintage library stairs. Friendly, kind, flexible, gracious and understanding. When I initially contacted to make arrangements for pickup, she was under impression from the 3rd party that I was picking up on a different day/time. I was going to be traveling from out of town to pick up. My initial worries were quickly put to rest as we cleared up the mix up in communication. She is a fantastic communicator and was very flexible in arranging a pickup schedule. For a first time experience with this company, I couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. I would definitely purchase from Rachel again. After reading some of the other reviews, I wish I lived closer to be able to attend more sales. It sounds like her and the rest of her team run a very smooth, professional and top notch business.

This review is overdue by a couple of months but I wanted to express my appreciation for all the help we got from Rachel and everyone at A Clean Getaway. Moving can be stressful and they were there every step of the way. The pricing was more than fair and we couldn't be happier. All of our stuff was loaded into our moving truck professionally and they made sure our house was clean and emptied of any trash and items that we just couldn't sell or give away. Thanks again!
