The amount of inconsistency and unaccountability i have experienced from this office has been ridiculous at this point. took me following up 7 times to even catch that there was an issue with my BAH not coming through, I've had to submit the same form over and over due to someone not filing it like they said they would. My financial well being is completely in their hands and I'm being affected by it. I need to pay bills, rent etc. I'm not able to support my spouse fully at the moment because of this.

Thank you to the A1C that actually was willing to help and be very kind and transparent with me. However, my file is being tossed around and it seems not one person is responsible for it.

Checked in person, and they were responsive. Also, they made an appointment for me and emailed me what I needed. Showed up Monday morning to be seen and they said they had me down for 1000 (I hadn’t checked email since talking to them). I did have to prod a bit to get seen since despite no customer being there (they had just told me a time range the Friday prior). But they were able to see me around 0830 and had my voucher filed in less than half an hour. Had trouble following up on the phone, though.

My experience has been horrible my husband and I went in to show our marriage certificate for bah they took it walked back to “file it”. We have still not received anything we live in base housing and as you know not having bah is not okay their service is unacceptable

Currently in a deployed location
My airman and my pay are both wrong and needs to be fixed asap if we are to have money to eat while deployed and staying off base
