Prices always went up from the quote online. Adjusting the policy to suit his needs instead of my own. Called the corporate number just to be transferred back to my local office which was giving me the problems in the first place to have a Irate lady get rude with me over the phone. I might do business with State Farm but I hope I never have to deal with the office.

They failed to put full coverage on my car and now I can't rent a car because they didn't do their job, made it clear when I took the police out, my agent didn't do it, it was a temporary agent that shouldn't be working their, beware if you use them
