Freedom Financial offered a retirement class that was most helpful in planning my retirement. Toni, Tad, Samantha and Sean are extremely knowledgeable and always willing to share their expertise. In my case a few information sessions were required as finance is not in any way my area of expertise. I find the team to be on top of my retirement plan and offer frequent updates as needed. My wife and I have been clients of Freedom Financial for several years, after attending one of their informative seminars. (We came on board just before retirement.)
Tad and Toni have an amazing method of explaining what is needed to build a retirement plan. The plan is structured so financial, as well as non-financial, individuals can easily understand. Having Freedom Financial handle our retirement plan has given us peace of mind, knowing our finances are in competent hands. We are kept up to date on market changes. An advisor meets with us annually to review our plan and make recommendations as needed. Help is always just a phone call away.
The office has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where each person is made to feel important and respected. We have found everyone in the company to be friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
Although we have not been able to participate, we are impressed that the office is closed one day a month for staff and clients to participate in community service projects.
