Very disappointed in this bank. We are financing a vehicle through them currently, our payments have been early for the last 9 months & have even made several extra payments. Fast forward 9 months later after excellent payment history we were denied for a 4,000 personal loan with substantial income & good decent credit scores. After our vehicle is paid off we will NEVER do business with this bank again or recommend.

Long time Customer.. Ms. Staci Holt and the Staff are excellent. A very comfortable and welcoming environment. Everyone is super friendly. However, The Upper Management from Pensacola... shady and questionable. The Staff at Brewton Rocks!! Keep Up the Great Work !! I highly recommend this Branch.
