The best bank in Southern Utah. The brach in Kanab is the best, customer service here is beyond expectations, everyone here is so friendly and always make me fell welcome.

I just completed a great refinance experience with the State Bank of Southern Utah. I live in central Utah and own property in Kanab. I decided to refi my Kanab property recently so I checked with Sally at Adobe Realty. Sally helped me buy my Kanab property a couple of years ago and was awesome to work with. Sally recommended Shannon at State Bank of Southern Utah. I trusted Sally's judgement implicitly and called Shannon. I've bought and sold a lot of property over decades and worked with many loan officers. As a retired Army officer, I expect results.
Shannon is one of the best of the best. She certainly lived up to Sally's high recommendation. My loan wasn't boiler plate by any means. It was a bit unique such that the loan company I have worked with for decades near my home in Utah Valley wanted nothing to do with it. Shannon worked hard to meet each condition I set at the outset with ease. She exceeded my expectations in every regard. She was very personable, professional and enjoyable to work with. These aren't easy times in the financial world. Shannon is a breath of fresh air. If you want a great loan experience, give Shannon a call. She has my highest recommendation.

I do not live in the Kanab area, but my father did, and banked at SBSU for decades. When he passed, I worked with them more regularly. They were always knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. If I ever live in the area, I will happily go to them for banking.
